Please note that all membership purchases are final. Due to the immediate access provided to exclusive member-only pricing and discounts, we do not offer refunds or credits once the membership fee has been processed.

 

Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the KOM Building Materials Membership Program. By purchasing our Yearly
Membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Overview
The Yearly Membership is a digital service that grants the account holder access to
"Member-Only" pricing on select products (including but not limited to $1.25/sq ft pricing on qualifying porcelain tile).
● The membership fee is $150.00 USD per year.
● This fee covers access to discounted rates only; it does not provide store credit toward
product purchases.

2. Billing & Automatic Renewal
● Annual Billing: Your membership begins the day you complete your first $150 payment.
● Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted access to member pricing, your
membership will automatically renew every 12 months. Your payment method on file
will be charged $150 on your anniversary date.
● Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the annual membership fee or the
member-only product rates at any time. You will be notified of any membership fee
increases prior to your next renewal.

3. Discount Eligibility & Usage
● Member Pricing: Discounts are only valid while a membership is Active. If a
membership is canceled or a payment fails, account pricing will revert to standard retail
rates.
● Account Integrity: Membership benefits are non-transferable. You may not share your
account login or member pricing with non-members.
● No "Group Buying": Commercial contractors or businesses must purchase individual
memberships for their specific entity.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
● Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time through your Customer
Portal or by contacting support.
● Refunds: Because the membership grants immediate access to significant price
discounts, membership fees are non-refundable once the discount has been utilized
on a product order.
● Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, you will continue to have access to member
pricing until the end of your current 12-month billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to maintain consistent stock, a membership does not guarantee the availability
of any specific product. All tile purchases are subject to standard shipping, handling, and return
policies as outlined on our main website.
